- This is where you will spend time looking up either assets or employee's 360 Analytics Profiles.
- This screen is broken down into 2 sides, the left side deals with Inventory Locations and Serialised Assets, and the right side deals with Employee 360 Profiles and Non-Serialised assets
The left side of the screen:
- On the top of the screen is the Inventory Report, this can be run either Globally for all your Stocking Locations or the dropdown allows you to run the report per selected Stocking Location.
- If you select a Stocking Location and click Submit, it will take you to the Inventory Report for that Location.
- The Seialised Assets section will be first on the list, followed by the Non-Serialised Assets section.
- Inventory Reports will be discussed in detail in another How-to.
- The next section is the Serialised Asset Lookup / Trace
- When you enter a serial number and select the Go to Error Correction Interface, this will take you to the Trace Log for that serial number.
- This is a detailed log of where and when that serial number was acquired (Acquisition) and when it was dispositioned (Dispositioned), issued out to an employee, or transferred to another location.
- The last section deals with using a handheld or iPhone scanner
- Here you can scan a barcode and it will fill in the value to look up.
The right side of the screen:
- At the top of the page is APB360's Flagship Employee's 360 Report, this dropdown allows you to select an employee on your roster, and drill down into their full report.
- Once you select an employee and click Submit, this will open their Employee Analytics Report.
- This is a comprehensive report that allows you to see all assets in the position of that employee on on single sheet, Serialised Assets are at the top and Non-Serilised assets are below that.
- Below that is their qualification records for all the Quals they have taken
- And finally, the last section shows their current certifications and training.
- The next section down allows you to search for a Non-Serilised asset by name
- You can type a non-serialized asset in, and it will bring up a list of that asset.
- The next two sections down on the right side of the screen are similar, the first dropdown allows you to search for a single non-serialized asset, and submit a report. Whereas the last section allows to multi-select non-serialized assets to run multiple reports
