This will give you a description of what items are on the Settings Menu, these are typically items that are APB360 System-related tasks, Renaming manufacturers, creating System Users or Employees. You can also manage Shooting Ranges and create Qualification courses. The last column on the right relates to Inventory Global settings and tasks.
On the left of the drop-down menu:
- Config Menu
- Organisational Chart - Show a breakdown of the agency's org chart.
- Create Employee or System User - You will use this to add people to your roster, this includes users of the APB360 Software itself or anyone you need to track inventory on.
- Main Settings - This is where you will find the heart of the organization settings, the tab you will use the most is the Label and Names Tab, this is where you can rename non-serialised asset types and names. You can also rename Manufacturer Names and a lot more. PLEASE NOTE this is a global name change and will change for every asset that has that name.
- My Account - Shows who is logged into the APB360 System at that moment, and the ability to log out.
- Upload Documents - This allows you to upload any document that may be related to inventory, qualifications etc.
