Top Level Menus Overview

This section will go through the Top Level Menus from left to right  APB360


  • APB360 Shield Logo
    • This will bring you back to the Firearm Qualification Course Progress Report - Home Page
  • Camera Icon
    • This allows you to enter a serial # for an asset, pulling up that asset and allowing you to either upload/take a photo and mark asset present or just take a photo of that asset, to be filed with that asset.
    • The (trace) Button allows you to see a detailed history for Acquisitions and Dispositions for that asset.
  • Roster Button
    • Detailed explanation of the Roster Button here.
    • This page is a list of "Operators" and "Employees"
    • Operators list comprises of individuals that actually log into APB360 and record events or change events in APB360 Platform.
    • The "Update Button" to the right of the individuals name, allows you to change and update that individuals information and capabilities or role inside APB360.
    • As with all tables within the APB360 Platform, you have the ability to either: copy the table to paste elsewhere, export the table to either a css or Excel format or Print the table to a printer.
    • The Employee/Officers table below the Operators table is all the individuals that are on your department roster that will be issued equipment and take training courses of fire.
    • The "Range Checkin Button" this allows you to quickly check that individual into range to do a qualification shoot.
    • The "CREATE NEW EMPLOYEE" button allows you to quickly create a new individual with all their information.
    • The table below lists all the "Employees" on your roster and their status, any "RED" blocks on their profile shows what they are NOT compliant on. Example: They may have a weapon that they have assigned to them, that they do not have a valid qualification on.
    • The "Profile Button" allows you to see and change information about that employee.
    • The "360 Analytics Button" this displays a detailed account of all serialized and non-serialized assets issued to that specific individual.
  • Inventory Button
    • Detailed explanation of Inventory Button here.
    • This is where you will spend time looking up either assets or employees 360 Analytics Profiles.
    • Inventory Report allows you to select a location from the drop down list to run a report on assets in that specific location.
