Finding Assets that have never been Audited or Certified

This tutorial shows how to find assets in your inventory that have never been certified or audited, or the ability to sort by date on the last time an asset was certified or audited.

• Log into your APB360 here APB360 Login
• Go to the Inventory Tab on the Main Menu at the top of the page.
• Select a location from the Inventory Report or multiple locations from the Multi-Location Report
• Once the report comes up you can sort by the "Last Audit" column, to find assets that either have never been audited or certified or the last date an asset was certified or audited.
• Additionally, you can export this report to Excel and manipulate it further, using the Excel button at the top of the report.
