- This dropdown pertains mostly to officer/employee training, qualifications and range check-in.
- Going down the list:
- Range & eQual Check-in - This is where you can choose to check in an officer at the range for his/her qualification shoot. Once you choose the officer to check in you can then choose the physical range, and course of fire that they have to complete.
- Generate Training Hours Report - This allows you to generate a report based on dates and other dropdown criteria, that will deliver a rollup report for each officer/employee.
- Employee Training Requirements Report - This will show officers/employees who are current or delinquent on required annual training.
- Qualification Gap Analysis Report - This report will show shortcomings and employees/officers who have not qualified on their assigned weapons, once again this is based on courses of fire and other criteria you can select.
- Class/Course Calander of Events - This is where you would see any scheduled classes and or classes.
- Training Configuration Portal & Schedule Courses - This is where you can set up courses, classes, and modules, that would show in the Calander of Events above.
- View Scheduled Range Training Times - This is where you can report on Range Training if it was scheduled etc.
- Configure and Schedule Qual Courses - This is where you configure the Courses of Fire for Qualifications, that the above Report shows.
